About Ben Evans, ARM

Executive Director of Risk Management and Insurance, University of Pennsylvania

Ben is the Executive Director of Risk Management and Insurance at the University of Pennsylvania. His responsibilities include oversight of the insurance and risk management programs for the University and the University of Pennsylvania Health System. Prior to joining Penn, Ben served as Director of Risk Management and Insurance at Temple University. In that role, Ben was responsible for management of various University and Health System insurance programs, leadership in development of a University-wide risk management initiative, and participation in various risk management and insurance associations. Prior to Temple, Ben spent a number of years at Thomas Jefferson University and at Marsh, serving in various roles. Ben currently serves on the boards of two Vermont -based Risk Retention Groups and two Bermuda-based Captives. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from LaSalle University and also has his ARM designation.
